The residential complex project comprises about 120 apartments. The design aims to tackle key contemporary architectural challenges, particularly those related to economics and sustainability. The project includes both existing and new building components. The existing structures will be renovated and partially repurposed as open office spaces, while the new section will be dedicated to residential use. The design maximizes the potential for apartment construction, resulting in a compact and efficient layout. The project is further enhanced by a variety of balcony and loggia designs, adding diversity and character to the overall architecture.
